Step 1 : French Press: Full-Bodied and Rich

Best For: Arabian Gold Blend

The French Press is ideal for bringing out the bold and rich flavors of our Arabian Gold blend. This method preserves the natural oils in the coffee, giving you a full-bodied cup with deep, complex notes.

How to Brew:

  • Grind Size: Coarse
  • Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:15 (e.g., 30g of coffee to 450ml of water)
  • Water Temperature: 200°F (93°C)
  • Brew Time: 4 minutes
  • Steps:
    1. Add coarsely ground coffee to the French Press.
    2. Pour hot water evenly over the grounds.
    3. Stir gently and place the lid on top, but don’t press down yet.
    4. Let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.
    5. Slowly press the plunger down and pour the coffee immediately to enjoy.

Step 2 : Pour Over: Clean and Bright

The Pour Over method is perfect for highlighting the smooth and balanced flavors of our Colombian Harmony blend. This technique allows you to control every aspect of the brewing process, resulting in a clean and bright cup with a rich aroma.

How to Brew:

  • Grind Size: Medium
  • Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:16 (e.g., 25g of coffee to 400ml of water)
  • Water Temperature: 205°F (96°C)
  • Brew Time: 3-4 minutes
  • Steps:
    1. Place a paper filter in your dripper and rinse it with hot water.
    2. Add medium-ground coffee to the filter.
    3. Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds to let them bloom for 30 seconds.
    4. Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion, keeping the water level consistent.
    5. Allow the coffee to drip through completely, then remove the dripper and enjoy.

Step 3 : Espresso: Intense and Flavorful

  • Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:2 (e.g., 18g of coffee to 36ml of water)
  • Water Temperature: 200°F (93°C)
  • Brew Time: 25-30 seconds
  • Steps:
    1. Grind the coffee beans to a fine consistency.
    2. Tamp the grounds evenly into the portafilter.
    3. Lock the portafilter into your espresso machine.
    4. Start the extraction and let it run for 25-30 seconds.
    5. Enjoy your espresso as is, or use it as the base for drinks like lattes or cappuccinos.

Step 4 : Cold Brew: Smooth and Refreshing

Cold brew is the ultimate way to enjoy a smooth, low-acidity coffee, perfect for warm days or when you want a refreshing pick-me-up. This method involves steeping coffee in cold water for an extended period, resulting in a rich, mellow brew.

How to Brew:

  • Grind Size: Coarse
  • Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:8 (e.g., 100g of coffee to 800ml of water)
  • Water Temperature: Cold
  • Brew Time: 12-24 hours
  • Steps:
    1. Add coarsely ground coffee to a jar or pitcher.
    2. Pour cold water over the grounds, ensuring they are fully saturated.
    3. Stir gently and cover the container.
    4. Let the coffee steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
